Shoes: Our processing time for shoes take 3-5 days. This means your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment within this time frame. After your order has been processed, it will take 3-5 days business days. 

Special Occasions: Processing time for special occasions outfits takes up to 10 days processing time. This means your order will be prepared and packaged for shipment within this time frame. It will take 3-5 days for shipping.
